TLS Enterprises

Is a Canadian consulting firm, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. TLS Enterprises specializes in human resources consulting, organizational reviews, workplace investigations including harassment investigations, training, and management coaching. TLS has worked with business, government, unions and community groups over the past twenty years, providing consulting, investigation and training services. TLS also provides individual remedial coaching for individuals who are involved as respondents in a harassment investigation.

TLS has developed policies, designed programs and delivered training with organizations, such as:

• For Managers: How to Respond to a Harassment Complaint
• Creating Respectful Workplaces
• Dealing with Bullying

TLS has also conducted numerous mediations and harassment investigations but does not list the organizations to maintain confidentiality. If a reference is needed, TLS will contact those organizations for their permission to provide their names.

TLS also conducts organizational or administrative reviews, to determine why an organization is in conflict and to make recommendations on the steps that can be taken to deal with conflict and create a respectful workplace.

TLS has a Standing Offer with the federal government to investigate harassment and other workplace complaints and to mediate conflict.
