TLS Enterprises

Is a Canadian consulting firm, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. TLS Enterprises specializes in human resources consulting, organizational reviews, governance development, training, and management coaching. TLS has particular expertise in workplace conflict resolution, including workplace investigations, mediations, arbitration and the development of internal conflict resolution systems.

TLS has worked with business, government, unions and community groups over the past twenty years, providing consulting and training services in these areas as well as developing respectful workplaces, harassment prevention, strategic planning and participatory management. TLS also provides individual remedial coaching for individuals who are involved as respondents in a harassment investigation.

TLS has a Standing Offer with the federal government to investigate workplace complaints, to mediate workplace disputes and to arbitrate workplace grievances. TLS also has a Standing Offer to conduct 3rd party reviews/audits of staffing processes.
